Everything. In particular, the massage and the courtyard.
Due to the season, the room cooled down considerably at night.

The holiday season at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the staff went above and beyond to make our Christmas stay special. the festive decorations and cozy atmosphere really put us in the holiday spirit. Plus, the breakfast and dinner options were delicious, offering a variety of traditional dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to all the main attractions and activities in the area. It made exploring the city during the Christmas season a breeze.
The connection was a bit unreliable at times, which made it a bit frustrating to stay connected to our loved ones during the holidays. the rooms could benefit from some additional maintenance and updating.

Super friendly staff, our suitcase got lost during the flight, the hotel team put together a bag of consumer goods the same evening and didn't charge anything for it! The tour offered there was super interesting and inexpensive. Top location in the Medina.
Bed was quite hard

The courtyard is beautiful with the tiles, the ornaments, as one imagines a bourgeois house behind the closed walls. The suite is large, beautifully furnished. And above all, the staff is more than friendly and helpful. Myriam the Cook deserves a medal!
The roof terrace could be furnished more comfortably.

This hotel is located right in an alley at the outer limits of the Medina, which made it convenient to explore the city easily. The location is near to the main street and just at the edge of the old Medina, and Batha fountain is also conveniently close. Hotel facilities were top-notch, including an amazing terrace and charming interiors that exude Moroccan culture. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. I was blown away by the breakfast as it was incredibly delicious and had various options to choose from. The staff was hospitable and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
Couldn’t fault this hotel at all.
